The NSS Cell of KAHER (KLE Deemed University), Belagavi in collaboration with the State NSS Cell, Department of Youth Empowerment & Sports, Government of Karnataka and Karnataka Folklore University (Karnataka Janapada University), Gotagodi had organized one Day University Level Constitution Reading Workshop on 28th March 2023.
The NSS Cell of KAHER (KLE Deemed University), Belagavi in collaboration with the State NSS Cell, Department of Youth Empowerment & Sports, Government of Karnataka and Karnataka Folklore University (Karnataka Janapada University), Gotagodi had organized one Day University Level Constitution Reading Workshop on 28th March 2023.
Prof. T M Bhaskar, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Karnataka Folklore University Gotagodi was the Chief Guest. Speaking on the occasion, he said ‘Youths should learn about our Indian Constitution, they should be aware about the fundamental rights and duties. He emphasized about the contributions made by Bharat Ratna Dr. B. R. Ambedkar who was the Architect of Indian Constitution. He also appreciated the NSS Cell, KAHER for successfully conducting the aforesaid Workshop.
Dr. Nitin M. Gangane, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, KAHER presided and addressed the audience. Speaking on the occasion, he said that reading of Preamble and Fundamental Rights should be started from primary school level. If every youth understands the Indian Constitution, then they can lead a disciplined, systematic and peaceful life.
Dr. V. A. Kothiwale, Registrar, KAHER welcomed the audience and introduced the Chief Guest. Dr Mallikarjun Manade, State Nodal Officer, Workshop & NSS Program Coordinator, Karnataka Janapada University, Gotagodi was the Guest of Honor in his speech emphasized the importance of this Workshop.
Dr. Ashwini Narasannavar, NSS Programme Coordinator, KAHER proposed vote of thanks and Dr. Nagaraj Patil, NSS program Officer anchored the program.
The Principals, Vice-Principals, NSS Student volunteers of KAHER and its constituent units including KAHER Officials and NSS Program Officers attended the function. The program concluded with singing of National Anthem.
